Customers may exchange or return all unused purchases at the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre Gallery & Gift Shop within 30 days of the original purchase. Eligible returns and exchanges must follow our 30-day return policy - Items must be returned unused in their original packaging, with all original tags attached and the original receipt or proof of purchase.
If the Merchandise was shipped and you are not satisfied with the items received, we offer the opportunity to return it within 30 days of the original purchase. This offer is under the condition that we are informed about the return before shipping the merchandise back. After receiving the returned merchandise in the same condition that it was originally shipped, we will refund the full purchase price. We will pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or returned as a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please allow 2 – 6 weeks for delivery pending and international shipping policys and customs.
