Hot Wing Collection: Habanero, Beets + Tequila, and Jalapeño Ginger.

Beet + Tequila: Luxurious and full bodied. The garlic and heat mix with whisky-like caramel notes creating incredible depth of flavour. This pairs with rich ingredients like avocado, poached eggs, roasted vegetables, white pizza, charcuterie. Grilling, BBQ and hot wings are all wonderful places to use Beets and Tequila sauce.

This season I have committed to my favourite flavour to make it all that is can be. Thanks to KPU Farm school for providing us with gorgeous, organic beets. This is the best version we have ever been able to make. It truly can't be beat.

Ingredients: Vinegar, beets, garlic, red Thai chili, red bell pepper, organic cane sugar, 100% blue agave tequila, sea salt, arrowroot powder.

HABANERO: Habanero and mango, a classic combination. I first made this sauce for a fundraiser in June 2021. It's spicy, floral and very smooth. Purchasing this delightful sauce contributes to continued donations to Indigenous community organizations annually to support and uplift our relatives. Hiy hiy.

Tasting notes: Delicate floral and notes of fresh butter with rising heat. Perfect for a poached egg, fried rice, dumplings, and of course tacos and burritos.

JALAPENO GINGER:  Bright, zingy pickled ginger flavour with a mild to medium heat. Perfect for poke, sushi, broth based soups, stir fry, noodle dishes, wing sauce, and for sriracha mayo dip.
