Connect to yourself and nature. Dispense a teaspoon-size amount or more onto the palm of your hand or into a bowl. Add enough water to form a paste of medium thickness and massage onto the face for gentle exfoliation, or, for mask treatment, apply and leave on the skin for 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with toner and a facial serum or cream in your skincare rituals.
