“Eagles are prestigious, powerful and courageous characters associated with the pursuit of freedom, peace, and friendship. The hands represent the human connection to the Eagle. In Coastal Aboriginal cultures, the Totems representing watchmen were often depicted with stretched out hands and open arms as a sign of welcome and friendship.”
