Eagle Hands designed by Kelly Robinson, of the Nuxalk and Nuu-chah-nulth nations.
“Eagles are prestigious, powerful and courageous characters associated with the pursuit of freedom, peace and friendship. The Hands represent the human connection to the Eagle. In Coastal Aboriginal cultures, the Totems representing watchmen were often depicted with stretched out hands and open arms as a sign of welcome.”
