Phillip Joe is a self taught artist from Cowichan, near Duncan BC Canada. Phillip was influenced by artists such as; Delmar Johnnie, Manuel Salazar, Joe Wilson, Wayne Charlie, Stuart Pagaduan and Art Thompson. Phillip continues to do work in Northwest coast Salish style of art, and does so in vibrant colours.
