Gourmet Cedar Grilling Planks with Salmon Spice Rub.
Instructions: Soak Plank for 2 hours before each use. Keep in mind to properly dry on wire rack after each clean to avoid cracks.
Directions: Mix together 1 T. Rub with 2 T. Oil and rub generously on food before cooking on well soaked plank.
Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Thyme, and Rosemary.
