Gourmet Cedar Grilling Planks with Salmon Spice Rub.

• 2 Planks per package
• 24g of Salmon Rub per package
• 100% Natural Western Red Cedar
• BBQ and Oven use
• Small Size: 8″ x 5.5″
• Large Size: 12″ x 5.5″

Instructions: Soak Plank for 2 hours before each use. Keep in mind to properly dry on wire rack after each clean to avoid cracks.

Directions: Mix together 1 T. Rub with 2 T. Oil and rub generously on food before cooking on well soaked plank.

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Thyme, and Rosemary.
