Frank was born in 1952 in Creekside Now Known as Mount Currie BC And Lil’wat Nation
Frank is a Gold and Silver Jewellery Carver. At the age of 6 years he was sent to a residential school in Mission BC was there for 4 Years and then transferred to Sechelt Residential School for six years. Frank was part of a Marching Band for six years while in school. 1964 he picked up a guitar for the first time. Played a lot of different kinds of music like rock n roll, country polka, and folk. At this time, he has 3 children one son two daughters eleven grandchildren three great-grandsons one great-granddaughter. Frank grew up dancing and singing his cultural song and dance. In later years was introduced to the dance powwow golden age men’s tradition. Through his journey in the arts program, he started carving on wood, then was introduced to carving on gold and silver Jewellery he has been a carver for 34 years and had many teachers through his journey and was told to develop his style. All his designs have significant meaning also loves to do custom pieces.
