CHOCOLATE MILK LAMINGTON
The term 'Vi-Co' is still occasionally used today in Saskatchewan and Quebec as a slang term for any chocolate milk. It is a notable regional attribute for both provinces and is frequently cited as a defining feature of Saskatchewan's folk history. Chocolate milk is a flavoured milk made by mixing cocoa solids with milk (either dairy or plant-based). It is a food pairing in which the milk's mouthfeel masks the dietary fibres of the cocoa solids.
